It's hard work but
i'm getting there. Three and a half miles twice a week at the moment,
hoping to be up to 4 1/2 by the end of the month. The weather is not
helping as its still like the middle of winter here.
I've decided I need
a new pair of running trainers. Mine are now 5 years old and begining
to look and feel a bit bedragled. I have become quite attached to them
and am dreading having to break in a new pair. The end of April if I
have met my targets, then a new pair of decent trainers will be
bought.
